Return & Exchange Policy

Returns
- Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in unused, undamaged, and resalable condition, with original packaging.
- If the return is due to a quality issue (e.g., defective or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Please note: Our products are mostly handmade. Minor asymmetry, slight scratches, or subtle variations in details are normal characteristics of handcrafted items. These do not affect the overall quality or wearing experience and therefore are not considered quality issues.
- If the return is for non-quality reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, personal preference), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
- Items can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
- For exchanges due to a quality issue, we will cover the shipping costs for both return and replacement.
- Please note: Our products are mostly handmade. Minor asymmetry, slight scratches, or subtle variations in details are normal characteristics of handcrafted items. These do not affect the overall quality or wearing experience and therefore are not considered quality issues.
- For exchanges for non-quality reasons, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Non-returnable Items
- For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and other intimate jewelry items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
- Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.

Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
